Life's A Breeze In Cuddy Cab

THE problem with entry-level boats is that they are often unattractive, low performance and, in many cases, poorly made.

Haines Hunter set out to address those problems with the new 470 Breeze cuddy cab. It looks great, contains all the essentials and delivers performance out of all proportion to the price tag.

The base package will please offshore or bay fishing enthusiasts with a nice combination of dry, storage and abundant cockpit work space. If the boat is also required for family duties, a pair of removable stern quarter seats can be specified.

The helm console is both impressive and highly functional.

The cockpit has been kept basic and clean to maximise work space and minimise maintenance. It is fitted with substantial side pockets, quarter deck cutting boards, rod holders, recessed grab rails and aft cleats. Clean-up time after a hard fishing session will be minimal with this set-up.

The model was packaged on a trailer at the Brisbane Boat Show for about $21,000.
